Can I fix an external pcmcia card slot via USB into my notebook?

My older CDMA PCMCIA (54mm panoramic rectangular) bill does not sound into my newborn Dell Notebook that has an L-shaped Express Card slot. Is there an “external” resolution – if so where do I intend it and how such would it cost?

I own 3 Dell Notebook PCs that all have built-in WiFi.

FYI I am able to only use my PCMIA WiFi adapter (Belkin Pre-N Notebook WiFi Card #F5D8010) on my older Dell Latitude D800 and I do so and keep it as a backup supplemental WiFi bec the reception is terrific.

I also have two other external WiFi adapters: (i) Linksys Wireless G USB Network Adaptor with Speedbooster WUSB54GS I originally bought for my 1st Notebook PC, Gateway Pentium IV. It would easily work via USB with my 2 newer DELL Notebooks: Inspiron E1505/6400 and my wife uses a Latitude D620 that are both only a year or so old but my daughter uses it in her upstairs bedroom to connect it to her Sony Vaio Pentium IV desktop so what I went out & bought/use as a supplemental WiFi backup for my 2 newer Dell Notebook PCs bec one had the L-shaped Express slot was Linksys Wireless-N USB Network Adapter WUSB300N.

Hope the Above Info Helps and Best of Luck
